I’m Maria. I bake the way my bunica did in our village outside Brașov — slow sourdough that ferments overnight, sandwich loaves the kids grew up on, jalapeño cheddar with a real kick, cinnamon swirl for Sunday breakfast, and biscotti and dulce de leche to put out next to the coffee. A new menu goes up every other Saturday, and pickup is from my kitchen here in Humble, just north of Houston.

Sandwich loaves to get through the week. Cinnamon bread for Saturday morning. Jalapeño cheddar when you want something with a little kick, and biscotti and dulce de leche to keep next to the coffee pot. Every loaf comes out of the same small oven in my Humble kitchen, made by the same hands that shaped bread for my family for thirty years — first in Brașov, now here in Texas.
